Digital Services
Due to the nature of digital products and services, refunds may not be available once services have commenced, questionnaires have been accessed, documents have been uploaded, or reports have been generated.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests may be considered where:
Duplicate payments have been made.
A technical issue prevented access to purchased services.
Services purchased were not delivered due to an error on our part.
Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally non-refundable:
Completed assessments.
Generated reports.
Resume-building services already accessed.
Expert review services already commenced.
Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and include details of the transaction.
Approved refunds will be processed to the orginal payment method.
